Scott Kitchens and Lynne Skinner established S&L Onsite Services in February of 2005. Since 1988 their experience includes working with 6 national Third Party Administrators and 5 SAMHSA certified laboratories. As Laboratory Assistant Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Reporting, Director of Billing, Director of Account Services, and Office Manager, their versatility and experience ensures quality and professionalism to their clients.

Scott and Lynne are certified by the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association as collectors and collector trainers. Collector training includes urine, hair, oral fluid, and sweat patch collections. They have also been certified by Intoximeters as breath alcohol technicians, calibration technicians, breath alcohol technician trainers, and calibration technician trainers.  Scott and Lynne are well known in the drug testing industry and are current members of the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association, Substance Abuse Professional Administrators Association, and the Birmingham Regional Chamber of Commerce.

S&L Onsite Services has a variety of federally regulated and non-regulated clients including trucking, schools, railroad, federal transit, state government, retail, distribution, banking, manufacturing, medical, technology, municipality, education, construction, mining, equipment, and employment agencies.
